Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Luxo AI platform, including the AI receptionist service (“Ava”), the CRM dashboard, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Luxo AI Ltd (“Luxo AI”, “we”, “us”).

By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Luxo AI provides:

  • An AI voice receptionist (Ava) that answers inbound calls on your behalf
  • Automated lead qualification and scoring
  • Google Calendar booking integration
  • A CRM dashboard with call transcripts, lead management, and analytics
  • Real-time lead alerts and daily briefing reports

3. Subscription and payment

  • The Service is billed at £1,000/month plus a one-time setup fee of £150.
  • Billing is monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.

4. Money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your first payment, contact us at hello@luxo.ai for a full refund, no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to subsequent billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any UK law or regulation
  • Misrepresent Ava as a human to callers in a way that is deceptive or fraudulent
  • Use the Service to harass, spam, or contact individuals without their consent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties

6. Call recording and compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the call recording and transcription features complies with applicable UK laws, including the Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000 and UK GDPR.

Ava is configured to notify callers at the start of each call that the conversation may be recorded. You must not disable this notification or use the Service in a way that intercepts communications without proper consent.

7. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

The Luxo AI platform, including Ava’s voice and conversational model, is the exclusive intellectual property of Luxo AI Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business purposes during your active subscription.

You retain ownership of your data (call recordings, lead information, agency details). You grant Luxo AI a licence to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxo AI’s aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity; or losses arising from AI inaccuracies in call transcription or lead qualification.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, with no refund of prepaid fees.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Your data will be retained for 90 days, during which you may request an export, before being permanently deleted.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
